System Testing & Validation

This system has been rigorously tested and reviewed by professional IT personnel, cybersecurity experts, and an IT architect to validate its security, integrity, and reliability. Following this independent review, the system has been hardened against known vulnerabilities and is confirmed test-ready for use in the election process.

Note: Security is maintained through continuous monitoring, regular review, and prompt response to emerging threats. Members are encouraged to report any suspicious activity to the official helpdesk.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC), TFOE-PE Inc. has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee the handling of personal data and to serve as the contact point for data-privacy concerns and for the NPC.
